I'm wanting to gain 5-7 pounds back. I set my calorie adjustment to gain .5 pounds a week. Thanks for your support, I really appreciate it!

To lose weight I ate 1100-1200 a day and didn't eat back exercise. That's why I'm so confused on what to do now. I lost 22 pounds in 3 months but the first month I lost 10, then about 5 pounds the second month and 5 the third.

Oh okay that makes sense because when I calculated TDEE, it asked me how much I exercise :)

So only eat 1575 regardless of exercise?

I've calculated my TDEE and it states 1575. So technically if I burn 300 from exercise, I should eat around 1875 give or take a few?

Yes I do! I usually alternate between P90X and running although P90X is newer to my routine.

Yes I did. MFP switched me from 1200 calories to 1670. I was normally eating 1100 a day. So the day it switched to maintenance, I ate 1250 or something like that. I'm worried that because I normally ate 1000-1100 a day I put my body into starvation mode and anything more than that, I'll gain. Yesterday I ate 1050. I'm just…
