I was struggeling with bulimia and it still tries to come back but I don't let it. So my advice to you is get off the cal calculating sites because it makes you constantly think about food and makes you depressed and judging yourself etc. This type of sites triggers ED back , trust me I say it with my heart. I don't log anymore and I feel much better. The less you think about calculations the better off you will be.0 -
