Should I eat back my exercise calories when maintaining?
Hello-- I've hit my goal weight and I would like to maintain now. Should I eat back the calories I burn? For example-- MFP has me at 1420 to maintain (before exercise). So let's say I burn 300 working out. Should I be eating 1720?

How to maintain without gaining
I just hit my goal for weight loss and am now maintaining. I started by upping my calories by 100 per day but stuck with same exercise. I've gained back 1.2 pounds in 2 days. HELP!!

iPhone steps plus log exercise?
hey there-- I'm new here! The app logs my iPhone steps when I go walking everyday which adjust my calorie alottment. Should I turn that off and log my exercise separately?

Pulled muscle??
yesterday was my first day doing sit ups, stomach exercises, arm exercises with weights, etc and now my back (lower to the left) hurts pretty bad this morning. What did I do wrong?
