I have to say this is intense! Walking up the stairs, down the stairs, I felt it all weekend long. I am going to have to make up for missing day 3 and 4 today. Wish me good luck! I am not giving up on this challenge!

hmmm...I did 1 per leg. you will kill yourself if you do the count per leg. (Example: I did 10 lunges total on day 1, 5 each leg. )
