I feel like once you realize that other foods satisfy you just as well, or better, junk-y foods just become less interesting. The problem is if you don't know how to satisfy your body then you go back to eating foods that may not be good for you.

I had a doctored recipe and with two tsp sugar, it was just over 100 calories and 7 grams of fat. I have to say it was much better than Starbucks! I felt like I was getting a treat.

I made myself a veggie scramble this morning! The most calorific items were the butter and eggs, eggs being about 90 cal each, (I used one 90 cal egg) And a tablespoon of butter being 100 cal.
