Hello! I go through this often. I feel like every day or every other day I’m adding Benefibre supplement to my water, tea, coffee etc or eating 2 prunes as a snack if I’m feeling hungry or as a substitute for a sugar hit. What about swimming? Or something low impact like that. Your ankle will feel funny for weeks but you can probably work out on it (carefully) by now. It takes a long time...

I think you need to try to plan for the cravings, like in the morning before work pack lots of good snacks. An apple, lots of celery, a banana or something like that and when you have a craving, don't have the chocolate around, don't buy it. It's hard, you fall off the wagon occasionally but the more you're on damage…
