  • March goals: Drop 5lbs and keep it off Starting: 5’4, 138lbs GW for March: ~132-133 (End goal is around 125-128lbs) Fell off the wagon a little bit in February from being so busy with work and classes and just life. Looking forward to a good month of eating right and exercise!

  • Hey everyone! 1/3: 138 1/10: 136.4 I didn’t really do much workout wise this week, just making sure i hit at least 10k steps. I also focused on portion sizes. I’ll be continuing that this week while making healthy switches and getting at least 2 good workouts in.

  • I just like to keep a water bottle with me wherever I go. I have a 32 oz bottle because I think it’s easier for me to drink more from a larger bottle (personally haha.)
