Right there with you. I try to make it a game...like I'm better than that donut so I'm not going to do it. Maybe leave the room or chug a glass of water? Every once in a while allow yourself to have the donut or else this "lifestyle change" won't stick.

I weigh daily bc it encourages me no matter what the number on the scale is. Then I log weekly. It's hard not to become obsessed with the scale.

Went to an amusement park with my kids and was barely as to fasten more than one seat. I cried. I'm still sad about it but if I don't change then it will get worse and I'll be the mom on the sideline watching.
