    I was out yesterday morning to see the Tall Ships leave Belfast. I thought I had posted on my iPhone but it doesn't seem to have worked.

    Back from long busy weekend of getting house ready for new tenants. Lots of cleaning everything, mowing, weeding, time in car at both ends. Very tired, so keeping today simple.

    2. Put away stuff from trip
    3. No more than two cups of caffeine, so I can stay on normal sleep.

    I am hoping the blood level number is up so that I can quit the shots. They go straight into my belly and they bruise - not a pretty sight :s

    The whole weekend was a challenge food wise but so glad it's Monday. I need to start over.

    Track everything.
    Remind myself when I make a good choice (like getting rid of all the baked goods that ended up at our house after the 4th).
    Clean bath & kitchen.
    Pilates (carefully)
    Call doc to followup on torn meniscus. This is so discouraging & painful but I'm going to keep pushing on.
    I'm totally avoiding the scale for the next 2-3 days- I can tell I gained just by how my clothes fit.

    Joan6630- my heart goes out to you. I hope you're able to get some time to yourself (more bike rides). We all deserve some happiness & peace in our lives & I hope you can get some respite.

    Just found this.......LOVE IT!! I have a nasty habit of starting things, stopping mid-way and starting a 2nd, 3rd, 4th... project. Then I get overwhelmed and give up!

    1. Spend 1 hour cleaning house
    2. Spend 1 hour at the gym - cardio/strengthen core
    3. Dinner try new recipe
    4. Laundry
    5. Take clothes to thrift store

    Hm...lots going on with everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic 4th. Lots of good reminders of how incredible, unique, and possibly vulnerable our freedoms are that were fought and won with blood, sweat, and tears over 200 years ago. I hope you are all deeply thankful for our amazing country, and for the providence of a loving God in endowing our forefathers with such great wisdom to create the most blessed nation in the world! I know I cannot sing a single patriotic song without tears coming to my eyes (and sometimes sobs!)

    All achieved including double bootcamp. Gonna have an early night as been feeling really tired since I woke this morning!

    :) A busy day. Decided to do a spot of yoga instead of the Aerobics for no 3.

    Today-I've decided to shake things up.
    After my daughter is picked up to go to summer school, I'm going to announce to my son that I'm taking him to the beach for a few hours. We need some fun around here since I seem to be so serious these days. I used to be a fun person....what happened??
    I can't surf on account of my knee but I will get in some walking.

    Pretrack.
    Weighed in this am-couldn't wait any longer. I'm up.

    I am convinced that my scale will not let me see 219. Since the first of July I have seen every combination possible for 220._ I just cannot get down those few tenths. Tomorrow might be my lucky day!!
