I swear by Zumba, you burn a ton of calories and have a blast while exercising.

mm...spinach quiche is awesome. I make chicken Florentine pasta, I've added it to grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Mixed it into my fruit smoothies. Spinach pizza is pretty great too.
