i have a bag of frozen whole spinach and don't have a clue what to make with it or how to prepare it healthy. Anyone have suggestions?

    Spinach with mushrooms and eggs for omelette. I always add a side of avocado and ketchup. yumm.. If you want to oven something, try making quiche ;P

    I add frozen spinach into homemade soups, stir fries, vege bakes, omelets.

    If it's unsalted, you can add it to smoothies as well. There are a lot of casserole-style dishes that include spinach. You could also make an Indian Saag dish.

    mm...spinach quiche is awesome.

    I make chicken Florentine pasta, I've added it to grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Mixed it into my fruit smoothies. Spinach pizza is pretty great too.

    I eat it with every meal by putting a bowl full (45-50g) with a little sprinkle of water and put in microwave for a minute and change. Then I stir, drain the water and put on my plate. Then I add a bit of rice or white vinegar to it and salt. Nom nom.

    Delicious healthy spinach dip: two cans white beans, 3 gloves garlic (or more to taste), pack of thawed frozen spinach. Process till creamy, add salt to taste

    Spinache, feta cheese, egg omelette or love knorr's spinach dip with vegetables. You can use light or low fat mayo/sour cream to make a healthier version.
