I don't tend to go far under 1000. But few days I do. Today have only ate 900 calories. I don't feel hungry though. Tomorrow will eat about 1500 but hopefully burn nearly 1000 at the gym. Can't wait to get my first 1000 calories workout done.

I signed up for a year at the gym and the 3rd January was my first day at it. I try and go 4 times a week. Our gym has a key that goes in the machines so to track calorie loss and what we do at the gym. I always try and better my last day at it. But currently just under 1000 calories a day at it.
