I found this on you tube , only ten mins long , just do what you can , it's all about progression, use this page to keep notes, you'll soon feel and see how easier it becomes :) I can only do 5 mins right now, aiming for at least 7 by the end of this week. Day 2 weighing in at 154 ! Managed another 5 mins tonight. Techniques much better. My legs are aching bad from an hrs Bodypump this morning. Upped my weight I can feel it now lol, no pain, no gain :#

T there must be similar ones to buy cheaper, I use a preworkout and post workout supplements, Protein is so important when lifting 3x a week. Wasn't getting nr enough at first , been looking for a dumbbell workout to do at home. Hers seem really good to do
