Well the end of my first week . Upped intensity & time per set can now do 1 min with 30 sec rest. Did 6 sets tonight , time to do 7 sets tomorow .

Day 6. 8 mins with 30 secs rest between each min

Day 5 a 25 min workout with 30 sec skipping, 30 sec rest each set.

Even a one to 2 min burst is good, rest for 30 secs then do another, build it up check out one of the links on here HIIT :)

A amazin, you can really feel the difference by just doing this small amount every day,, 5 mins of it is far more knackering than 5 mins on a treadmill :)

Depends on what your aiming for, too many unrefined carbs can lead yo weight gain not loosing as it stays stores in the body longer, we need fats like omega 3 those found in. Nut ect not the ones found in ready meals cakes cookies ect to help with weight loss, protein to keep us feeling full and stop the binge eating help…

Day 4,,,, yay managed 10 mins after strength training today, can do 100 at a time. Basic jump two feet, I hop 30 at a time and knee lift jumps 50.. Such an improvement in such a short time,, was knackered , out of breath, sweaty and red faced lol :)

How's everyone getting on with it.. T b h I only manage doing the routine on a sat morning before my gym workout,, just one round then an hour s strength training. Followed by 10 mins jogging on treadmill , after all that knackered by Sunday. All the extra effort is finally starting to pay off as you can see by the pic…
