    Well the end of my first week . Upped intensity & time per set can now do 1 min with 30 sec rest. Did 6 sets tonight , time to do 7 sets tomorow .

    Nice one, I'm w bit redundant onit now will be for at least 4 wks, torn calf muscle I'm afraid. :(
