            Day 5 a 25 min workout with 30 sec skipping, 30 sec rest each set.0
 - 
            Day 6. 8 mins with 30 secs rest between each min

            Well the end of my first week . Upped intensity & time per set can now do 1 min with 30 sec rest. Did 6 sets tonight , time to do 7 sets tomorow .0
