30 day skipping challenge 2015
upping my cardio a notch by skipping, starting at 10 mins a day, Day 1 ,, managed 5 mins, at 1 min at a time. Weight 150 lbs Anyone else want to join in feel free to add yourself here, detailing like I have done above. :)

How many ,,, weekend 1( fri 10 th - sun 12 th July 2015
ok I I did the circuit this morn , managed it 1x. :) Took approx 20 mins including warm up & stretching. By my FITBIT burnt off 22 cals. It's supposed to be my rest day today lol I did feel it in my legs when squatting,had to rest after 20. Sit ups (With stability ball) stooped at 20 rested a few secs. Push ups could do…

should I be doing cardio on the days I don't strength train? My schedule is Mon, wed fri strength training Tues, cardio ( fast walking,jogging on treadmill and an hr's Zumba on a Thurs.) Calorie intake on this app
had this app a while now still don't fully understand how the calories are worked out If I'm having 1500 cals and I'm burning let's say 500 a day ,,, do I have to eat an extra 500 ? Wanting to loose not gain weight I know that for every 3500 calories you burn = 1lb of weight loss.
