30 day skipping challenge 2015

upping my cardio a notch by skipping, starting at 10 mins a day,
Day 1 ,, managed 5 mins, at 1 min at a time.
Weight 150 lbs

Anyone else want to join in feel free to add yourself here, detailing like I have done above. :)

    Day 2 weighing in at 154 ! Managed another 5 mins tonight. Techniques much better. My legs are aching bad from an hrs Bodypump this morning. Upped my weight I can feel it now lol, no pain, no gain :#

    Can i ask.does it matter how you skip?is it jumping with feet together or like a running motion?and is it ok if i stop in between?

    I found this on you tube , only ten mins long , just do what you can , it's all about progression, use this page to keep notes, you'll soon feel and see how easier it becomes :) I can only do 5 mins right now, aiming for at least 7 by the end of this week. Keep going you can do this.

    Hi i love this. Can i join. I love excrecising but i have to watch my heart rate. So i cannt run for very long like less than a minute but skippy sounds perfect. I can work my way up.

    Sure anyone can join in, doesn't matter when you start as long as you can commit to it everyday for 30 days. :) Whether it's just for a few mins or for 10, 20 or even 30 mins. You will find yr goals get easier day to day :)

    Day 4,,,, yay managed 10 mins after strength training today, can do 100 at a time. Basic jump two feet, I hop 30 at a time and knee lift jumps 50.. Such an improvement in such a short time,, was knackered , out of breath, sweaty and red faced lol :)

    amazin, you can really feel the difference by just doing this small amount every day,, 5 mins of it is far more knackering than 5 mins on a treadmill :)
