  • Weigh-in day 175.7 down almost 2 lbs. I made it to the gym 3 days to lift weights and lots more golf :) I got in 2 and 1/2 rounds so far. 1 planned for tomorrow. Easter: ham and carrot cake are my two favorite foods, so I am not going to log my food, but be mindful and enjoy in moderation. I want to keep moving forward!

  • Weighed on Friday 3/23 - 177.5 Back down from 180 last week. I made it to the gym 4 days and golfed 9 holes on Friday and 18 yesterday.

  • Hi Everyone! My name is Jen, and since my youngest son left for college I’ve put on the “freshman 15”. We have done lots of empty nest celebrating!   • Day 3 - Hubby signed us up for Wednesday's On Tap, it's a locale beer tasting event that runs for 5 weeks. Lots of fun, and for a non-beer drinker it allows me to sample a variety of beers. Last night was the last one, and they had hard cider. I stuck to the ciders, and paid attention to how many samples. I had enough for…
  • My goal is to log in daily for 30 days, so here is day 2. We did taco Tuesday, and I had 0 drinks! It’s a first in awhile. I’ve found that tea, non-decaf, is a good substitute for me. It has the same end of the day affect without the calories.
  • My first accountability report: Last night I had 1 5oz glass of wine after dinner. My friend set-up for us to go wine tasting on Saturday, so now my challenge begins.
