Exercise N (rest day) Moved a rest day to Weds because I'm planning a hike for Fri.
Kay, when you said hike, that reminded me of a hike that my husband and I did when we were in Las Vegas in January. Have you ever hiked in Red Rock Canyon? We did the one where you hike up, the equivalent to something like 50 flights of stairs, to a vantage point where you can see the strip. If I am remembering right, it was about and hour and a half to two hours return. We went with a tour guide, being tourists and all!
Red Rock is my favorite place to hike in the cooler months! We have a Park Pass because we go so often. That is where I'm planning my hike for tomorrow.
I'm not familiar with the trail you are talking about but there are many in the area that offer the view and the climb. Red Springs/Calico trails are the first that come to mind.4 -

Doubt within calories, Daughter in Law surprised me and had made Chicken Chasseur, Mash and Veg for dinner, have hazarded a guess at the calories but always difficult.
