    Thank you @HASWLRS I would like to stay in the challenge and it's okay I don't mind not being top winner of that week. Being in this challenge helps me stay motivated and accountable. This is the number one reason I have taken up a challenge is to be accountable for my actions and you proved myself I can do this it's much easier with others than by yourself.

    Glad you are staying. On the surface, this may be a weight loss challenge, but it is more of a support group than anything. After all, there are no prizes, except losing weight and improving ones quality of life!!

    Your choice of the word "abysmal" made me smile; It's not used very often. I am glad, however, that the only "abysmal" part of your day was not drinking enough water!! Well done on the rest of it!!

    Kay, when you said hike, that reminded me of a hike that my husband and I did when we were in Las Vegas in January. Have you ever hiked in Red Rock Canyon? We did the one where you hike up, the equivalent to something like 50 flights of stairs, to a vantage point where you can see the strip. If I am remembering right, it was about and hour and a half to two hours return. We went with a tour guide, being tourists and all!

    @VintageGeek42, Hey, Em. Haven't heard from you in a while. Hope you enjoyed your trip to Devon! Last week, while you were away, I just transferred your weight over, but I will need a weight this week once you return home. Don't worry if you've gone up while on vacation. Most people do, after all!! You just get back to the basics of logging and staying under your calorie goal now that you are home again. I always say, vacation weight will eventually go away, but the memories of your vacation are forever!
