Today's a "Pass." Back at it tomorrow. :)

It wasn't a bad day. Just an odd one. I did go to the store to purchase a couple of 60 pound dumbbells for my son. I guess there was some exercise lifting them out of the buggy and into my truck and some more carrying them inside the house. :o

While I was at the sporting goods store, I also decided to treat myself to a couple of cute tops that should make strength training at home more fun. I also bought a pair of skinny stretch exercise pants to go with the tops. Its been a while since I've been shopping for such things and I actually started laughing while in the changing room because I felt like I'd been transported back to the 80s with some of the outfits. I didn't work out today, but I'm eager to do my upper body workout tomorrow and see what my son thinks of my new "at home" gym look. B)

    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous Weight: 235.00
    Current Weight: 234.50

0.5lbs loss this week / 0.21% - not great but overall 1lb on in 2 weeks of socialising, eating and drinking and NO GYM over the holidays I am quite happy with that. Push on now back into it fully

Great mindset. You enjoyed your holidays with no damage and a slight loss, now you will go hard for some bigger losses!!

    April Week 1
Previous Weight: ...188.something? I cannot remember.
    Current Weight: 191.3

It’s been crazy, and this is down from earlier in the week but up from my April starting weight. Part of it is crazy TOM this month and the rest bad habits on the road. I ended up getting and accepting a job in VA and now I’m trying to get myself moved crazy fast while transitioning everything at my current job to an already understaffed office (part of the reason I was happy to be moving on, honestly) :|:o:D this was not supposed to happen this fast!

Good grief. On the upside, the new job is close to my husband’s job (when he’s around Lordy... he’s back in PR for who knows how long) and i have a hotel that my dog can come and stay at while I’m getting settled and looking for a place to live.

    Ahhhh!

Wow! You take crazy to a whole new level!!! It is good news about the new job, even if the timing caught you unprepared!! Do your best to get through this busy time unscathed and visualize the end result when things get overwhelming!!

Yeah, eating on the road and TOM...not a good combination!!! Do your best!!

First off, I am sorry to hear that your family is having a tough time right now. Sending you virtual hugs!!! The fact that you are still tracking is huge!! That means you are not going to throw in the towel and go stupid crazy with the eating!!! Maybe you won't lose right now, but it sure would be easy to go quickly and far in the other direction!!

Actual spring weather, not the weather we are getting in the spring currently, would be a huge pick-me-up for everybody!!! We got snow yesterday, too. Are you in Ontario as well?

Thank you, I appreciate that! Yes we are in South-Central Ontario. There are giant flakes coming down right now - booo!

    My weigh in for today
    303.6 - 304.6
gained a pound, not shocked...today is a new day to start fresh.

You had three's on the brain, but I do realize that is a typo!!! Only a pound....regroup and start fresh!!

Our snowflakes weren't too big today, but everything is mostly covered....a few sprigs of grass are still managing to peek out!! It would have been a beautiful snowfall, if it weren't the 6th of April!!!

yeah it will be better this week if i can just get to the store and make a plan. right now i have no food in the house so that means a lot of take out. gah.

the hotel room has a small kitchen so i'm taking my blender so i can have smoothies for the first week anyway because i'm really sketchy on lunches during the normal course of events. and there will be a lot of stairs between now and then just downsizing my house to a more manageable level.

go big or go home i guess! :D
