I had a weird day, with a stomach ache and low appetite all day. But it was my son’s 8th birthday and we went to a trampoline park, so I jumped and climbed a little with the kids even though I didn’t really feel like it. That was it for exercise.

I hate to keep blaming this on personal issues but right now that's all I can blame it on. We are dealing with a pretty tough, unfortunate thing that has happened in our family and everyone is just really down. I'm trying not to eat my feelings but that seems to be my go to. I was really hoping for nicer weather to just give me a pick me up...but we got snow instead.
I am tracking, I'm not over by a huge amount but enough to not cause weight loss.4 -

First off, I am sorry to hear that your family is having a tough time right now. Sending you virtual hugs!!! The fact that you are still tracking is huge!! That means you are not going to throw in the towel and go stupid crazy with the eating!!! Maybe you won't lose right now, but it sure would be easy to go quickly and far in the other direction!!
Actual spring weather, not the weather we are getting in the spring currently, would be a huge pick-me-up for everybody!!! We got snow yesterday, too. Are you in Ontario as well?0 -
