Today has started off slowly, not really up to exercising but pushed on through.
(20 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of aerobatic exercise, 30 minutes of house cleaning all low impact)
Okay, if this is your "slow start" and your "push through' even though you were not feeling up to it version of exercise, I can't wait to see what you'd do if you were on fire!!!0 -
Totally forgot today was Tuesday... long weekend off work for Easter
Previous weight: 182 lbs
This week: 181.4 lbs
I think a bit is still water weight from salt (we had ham) and loads of chocolate that I ate on Sunday. But it's in the right direction, and about a pound to go until I'm out of the obese bracket of BMI!4 -

To be honest I can't wait to see what I'll either lol I know if I don't complete something I set out to do, I only feel worse at the end of the day. I will not do it if I am in a lot of pain or severe sickness.

Absolutely, you have to listen to your body. "Just push through the pain" is not sound advice in all situations!!0 -

You lost weight over Easter weekend, and you are only a pound from a better BMI bracket....I'd say that's a good start to April!!0 -

I'm super pumped for this months challenge! I was just looking at my progress on this app and realized that I first downloaded it April 29 2013. My weight back then was 160.9lbs. My final weigh in for march was 171lbs and it would be absolutely amazing to be within a few pounds of the weight I was exactly five years later! This has given me a great push to want to work my hardest for our April challenge!1

@bluewindfarm21, keep taking those long 2 mile walks past those cows and pretty soon they won't be staring any more....they'll be used to you coming by and frankly, expecting it!!!1

Oh, I hear you!!! It is so cold in the East. We had snowflakes on Easter Sunday!! We heard that MLB games in NYC got snowed out the other day....we didn't have that, but still!!1 -
