Sun rest day
Mon 20min strength training + 15min yoga
Tue 40min cardio
Wed 20min strength training + 40min cardio

Fri 40min cardio + 15 min yoga
Sat rest day
As before, I may move around some of the elements to better fit my week, but it should come out to 3 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training, 2 days of yoga.4 -

What a great loss you had last week!!! Congratulations on reaching 5 stones lost!! Fourteen pounds in five weeks....it's a lofty goal. You may not reach it it, but it sure can't hurt to try!!
