thanks everyone, I did recently increase protein and am eating less carbs. The dr. said the "d" word. (pre-diabetes) so I have done some research and am trying to follow those guide lines. It sounds like I'm on that right track. Thank you very much.

It should also say on the box or on the bag how many servings in one bag. If the bag has one serving then it is 3.5 cups in the bag. If it says that there is more than one serving in the bag, multiple the number of servings by 3.5 and that tells you how many cups of popcorn in the bag.
