I do feel hungrier at times...it might be Splenda. I have to try to stop it for a week and see what happens. I love sweets so I'm trying to get it through Splenda.

I ask this question alot myself and the only thing I ever hear is "calorie in calorie out" . there must be a few tips out there right??

It sounds like you are doing good eating veggies when the cravings hit! Can you add a little more exercise on your break at work??

I'm not sure..but I will take your advice and change my settings. I already had my mfp set to sedentary. Maybe I shouldn't link it to mt mfp.

I hear you should only count half of the calories you burn on these trackers.

This thread has been really helpful. I'm going to keep exercising and will take 25% off the readout number and see if that will help. I have stated weighing my food but I do eat out frequently so there's alot of guessing. Its really hard. I just want to lose 10lbs!! Thanks to all

The struggle is so real. I can eat up all my calories by lunch and I'm still hungry. I'm going to try the water and yogurt trick too and see what happens.

I'm definitely not doing this right. I thought that the number mfp gave me plus any exercise would be the number I need each week to lose 1 pd. Since I can't get an accurate number for calories burned this is going to be soo much harder. I work out to get extra calories so I can have a treat at the end of the day. :(
