I just purchased a new personal activity tracker...a Striiv Fusion. I linked my tracker to MFP and yesterday my Striiv said I burned 350 calories but when transferred to MFP it said I only burned 43 calories. I don't understand why. I read the explanation on MFP but I don't understand it. Help!!!
Does anyone have a thought about how accurate the readouts are on exercise machines? I'm giving myself credit for those calories so I can have a little more to eat! Thoughts??
