I take it for depression. It hasn't helped me lose a lot of weight but I believe its also an appetite suppressant. So because of that I dropped a few pounds.

I'm 5'3 & my goal for now is 135. I might keep going after that but for now, 135. That's what I was before I got pregnant with my first child & I was happy with it. I wasn't super skinny, but the way that I'm built, I was happy with that number. I'm also more top heavy than most. :-)

Add me. :-) I'm in the same boat. I'm tired of the ups & downs & want someone seriously motivated to keep me motivated. So far I've lost 30, still have about 70 to go. I'm 5'3, trying to get down to 130-ish.
