It's been fluctuating the last 4 to 5 days by 2 to 4 pds . ,but actually hasn't went down . I assuming this is probably water weight . I am drinking at least 85 - 120 ozs a day .thanks, kim

yes it yes it does make sense , and my calories are right at 1000 and low carb because I was so addicted to sweet and unhealthy eating habbits. 50 carbs per day , thank you .

it has taken 3 wks of serious tracking and dieting .

from my fitness pal, tracking and weigh any other meat. my fitness pal says women dieting should consume 1000- 1200 per day.

eating Tuna, boiled egg whites , low carb,low calorie protein drinks.

I have lost 5 pds , and I count my calories real close , I even count coffee creamer that goes in my coffee. I'm not going over 1000 a day .

Thanks for sharing , I've been dieting for 3 wks and have only dropped 5 pds , on the other hand my husband has lost 15 in the same amount of time .
