How long has your weight not moved? With weight loss greater than 2 pounds per week it's normal for you to stop losing temporarily. The reality is that rapid weight loss isn't good for hormones or for your lean mass.

With how rapidly you've lost weight water retention is normal, but weight not moving for 4 to 5 days is normal for absolutely everyone. Try increasing your calories to slow the weight loss. You should not be seeing a scale loss daily.

All of this, especially since you said in another post you only eat 1000 a day. You should be eating at least 1200, if not your goal.

You probably aren't eating enough believe it or not...

    http://www.livestrong.com/article/264810-weight-loss-starvation-mode/

Anytime you eat fewer calories than you take in you'll lose weight, barring any medical condition that inhibits weight loss. Eating too few calories in an effort to shed pounds isn't healthy, however, and it isn't the most effective way to weight loss. When you do that, your body goes into starvation mode to conserve energy, and you may find yourself experiencing a weight-loss plateau, not to mention health problems from not getting the nutrients your body needs.
