  • Thank you for responding. I don't care for the perfect wedding, and all the more I'm seeing that the wedding and reception are much more catered to the guests, and it's infuriating both myself and my fiance. The pre-portioning snacks is something I do but I end up not eating them and somehow a stack of cookies ends up on…
  • This is interesting. I believe I am experiencing something similar because I've been losing quite a bit of weight but not many inches. I was fretting at first but because my clothing have become increasingly loose, I don't sweat the inches anymore. I do have a lot of body fat on my body to reduce though so I'm not…
  • I just started weighing every day because I love data and I'd like to see my trends. I use HappyScale to track it and we shall see what trends appear over time.
  • I'm 28 lbs away from my current goal, 93 lbs away from my ultimate goal. Good luck everyone!!
  • Good luck! Although my goal isn't quite 200 (it's 135 lbs), we can motivate each other. Feel free to add me!
  • Hey. Everyone feel free to add me too!

  • .... I'm starting to feel the same way too...
  • I've gone from a 36G to a 36DDD and I've lost 40 lbs so far. At my thinnest I was a 36D and genetics lean more towards being large in the chest area anyway. Just like everyone has said, weight loss happens everywhere, some places lose easier and faster than others. Gotta love it, eh?
  • You're very welcome. Based off of what I have seen on the boards, it seems like some advice goes through one ear and out the other. There's so much great advice here that I feel like I've found the gold mine to success. This. Right. Here. I completely agree.
  • It's very disappointing that the OP didn't respond. However, I took the advice in this thread and I broke my plateau finally, after two months. I realized I was definitely overestimating my calorie intake. So, although this thread was generated by someone who doesn't seem to like solid advice, it benefitted someone else…
  • Two months... But I wasn't measuring anything. I've changed that and I'm doing Les Mills Combat as well. We shall see what it does.
  • I see... I do move it when not in use so that could be it. However, I've had too many ridiculous fluctuations when using that scale and I'm well aware of the information surrounding weighing oneself - so I'd still say that's the only issue I have with it. I will keep the scale in one place, though, and see what happens…
  • I have the Fitbit Aria scale but to be honest, I wish I just purchased a simple scale for $20. The scale seems to fluctuate with the measurements on a regular basis (e.g. Must weigh self several times before scale finally calibrates itself - I've seen this scale chart me at 10 lbs less than a week prior and I knew that was…
  • This. Right. Here. I totally agree.
  • Thanks for your perspective. I just started weighing my food yesterday as I've lost 37 lbs without weighing but have been at a weight loss plateau for almost 2 months. I've increased my exercise intensity but wasn't losing anything so now I'm reevaluating my eating habits and weighing my foods to see what my real caloric…
  • oOo, what an idea! Never thought of that.
  • It's not a social function. A rep is bringing in lunch for the office and we can go and take the lunch as we please once it arrives, and we can eat at our desks, outside, in our cars, on top of our cars, etc. :p
  • I'm thinking so too...
  • It's funny that you mention this because I can't even imagine the whole drug pushing thing since the reps who come to the office are for medical and surgical supplies, but I can definitely see where your perspective is coming from. I left the pharmacy field for this office three years ago because I wanted to have more of…
  • This is sort of what I was thinking... However, how should I approach the office catered lunches without going over my caloric limits - or would it be better for me not to even touch them? FYI: I work in a surgeon's office so I don't think I'd get too crazy of looks considering the whole office is aware of my weight loss…
  • This is the scale I kept seeing on Amazon with high reviews, so I'm considering getting this one. That's a pretty nice scale too. Do you feel like the display that you can pull out can break easily or does it seem very sturdy?
  • Hmm... Sounds like Ozeri might be the way to go :)
  • Oh wow... I had no idea Juice Plus was still around. I remember when my mother bought it for me as a kid hoping that it would solve my high cholesterol and hidradenitis issues... It didn't get my vote then and I wouldn't vote for it now. I feel like life is so much better when you consume the real fruits and vegetables and…
  • Thank you everyone for your recommendations!
  • Hi everyone, please add me too! SW: 270 CW: 232.1 GW: 160 (Depends on my BF as I approach my goal weight)
  • Interesting... I have the Fitbit Aria scale and I have to weigh myself several times before the weight steadies itself out - sometimes it'll take my significant other's weight as my own or vice versa. It never used to do that before so based off of the responses here, it seems like it might be the batteries are starting to…
