    Currently sitting at 250. In 1999 I was 340 or thereabouts(my scale only went to 300 at the time). Been losing very slowly for a long time. In the past year I've dropped 30ish. Lowest weight this year was 243 but vacation and a injury have slowed me up. Right now my only goal is to get to Onederland. There is no hurry no deadline. I have a physically demanding life so restricting heavily just won't work for me. I am just happy to finally have some control on my eating.

    Hi y'all. My starting weight was 212 about 6 weeks ago. Current weight 200.2 (annoying little 0.2!). Initial goal is 182. Will then reassess when (not if) I get there. Let's do this people!!

    I've gained weight over the past 4 years from one of my medications. If I don't start losing, the next appointment my doctor is going to take me off my medicine, so I have to get moving big time.

    Started at 235 lbs a year and a half ago, got down to current weight of 190 and seemed to have plateaued for a while. (Or "maintained" as I like to pretend it was intentional!) I'm shooting to lose 40 lbs more for graduation so I'm really kicking it into high gear. Echoing the statement here that I want to buy cute clothes, but more importantly inexpensive ones! (I'm sorry, Torrid. I love you but $40 t-shirts hurt me.)

    My mum is nearly 200lbs (though bare in mind she is only 5ft if not shorter). Been trying to get her to take weight loss seriously for yonks. She's in such ill health it's upsetting. :(

    Hello everyone! I'm a 25 year old grad student who is tired of not successfully losing weight. Starting today, I'm getting back into this app! I'm hoping adding some motivated women with similar goals will help me keep on track this time around.

    I haven't been able to weigh myself recently, but the last time I did (maybe a couple of months ago) was 220lbs. I'm 5'11" and hope to eventually get down to 170.

    I will take some friends too. Have just hit the 30lb loss Mark. I set small goals. Seems easier and not so overwhelming. Started at 282, had to get to 260 for insurance to pay for my knee replacement surgeries. Passed that by about 8lbs. So my next goal is 240 by the time for my first surgery on September 14.

    I just rejoined after a long absence and definitely could use some encouragement. Currently 215lbs and looking to eventually getting down to around 150.

    I'm taking my daughter to Ethiopia in November- her first time going back since I adopted her in 2008- and it's going to be a much more comfortable trip (the first flight is 15 hours!) at a lower weight. It's ambitious but I'm hoping to be under 180 for the trip.
