Thank you for the replys. I will check out the thread thanks. I have been doing good the circuit for about 2 months now. Just started the eating plan this week....in hopes to really crackdown and see results. I feel better overall and can see a bit of difference in mirror bit I just would like to see it on the scale.

No i had my kids 2.5 years ago. I have been struggling since. This mornings weigh in shows a 3 lb loss!!:) So im happy somethings starting to change!!:) Thanks for your support and helpful tips !!

ok thankyou everyone...i will be patient. Yes im tracking and weighing foods. Whats is macros? i walk everday pretty much and some days(4 days a week)i do toning with weights and my body.

Im so in...please everyone i need alot of support here. Been on and off mfp and other diets and cant stick to it. i lost weight and gained back and now im stuck.
