when i.put in.popcorn...it shows the calories but doesnt say for popped.or kernels??
Anyone know?

  what kind of popcorn are you eating? Air popped? Oil popped? Microwave? In a movie theater?

  Enter the information from the label then. It will be for unpopped, but the calories don't change if you air pop it. If you add oil add the calories for that.
