Ok, so there's a lot of negging going on here. I'd rather you not get turned away because of it. You want to lose 35lbs, making you 105lbs. Which I personally think is a mistake. I would honestly recommend 125-30. But, let's say you do want to get to 105. You can consume 1436 calories to lose an average of 1lbs. per week.…

Ice bath, stretching, foam rolling, rest. Also make sure your magnesium levels are on point. Helps relax the muscles. I also do an Epsom salt bath every day, but there is no hard science whether your skin absorbs the magnesium in that. But the hot bath also helps relax.

Smite is great. Their pro league isn't as good as League though. Especially production value, and commentators. If I were to watch a game, it would be League over Smite. Playing smite however, is superior in my opinion. Also, my MMR in Smite ranked is ridiculous. I play with Masters, and I'm definitely not on their level.

What I get tired of is people who remember me being big saying "Oh you're too skinny, do you starve yourself"? Um, have you seen my shoulders and legs? I assure you I eat more food, just not the garbage food people are used to seeing.

Have you thought about trying a protein shake before you go to bed? Or how about some cottage cheese with berries (weighed to the gram to fit in your caloric limit)?

Stick to your goal for a month. I would suggest re-evaluating how you're going about it now though. Make sure that you really are eating at a deficit. Do you have a food scale?
