@janiep81 That's awesome! I'm glad you felt inspired and made that change.

What kind of traveling? Driving, train, plane, submarine? Use a crock pot, make a bunch of food. Weigh it, and separate into containers, eat at a deficit. Spend an hour 3x a week exercising. Stretch a lot to counteract all that sitting you do traveling. Feel free to add me as a friend, and welcome back!

@anxioushero I don't think anyone can burn more than 18 calories moving their hand for 30 seconds. @KisforKrista I know you must feel good when you explain exactly how you're losing weight, but from experience, most people won't go through what you're going through to really change. I personally prefer to tell people "diet…

@Jennifer_417 @MamaBirdBoss Aww thanks! LOL, my place is like 90% clean.

#13. Because real men wear skirts.

@Faithful_Chosen is correct. You're consuming more than you think. Like she said, buy a food scale and track to the gram.
-
Yeah, what @SezxyStef said. She looks bad *kitten*, so I would trust her
-
One thing I would try doing is do some deep stretching and foam rolling before bed. Maybe even an Epsom salt bath (all of which I do daily). You also might want to supplementing with ZMA and possibly melatonin.

Never had the pleasure.

Definitely my lips, and my legs.

Haven't seen each other in 3 weeks kiss.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day, and if you like, enjoy a glass or two of diet soda with your lunch and dinner. Don't just buy a bottle and drink it throughout the day, that is what you should be doing with water. Diet soda is fine, but it's not a water supplement. I personally would make sure it's…

@47Jacqueline Bench Press, Pullup/Chinup, Dips, Barbell Rows, Military Press, Stiff Legged Deadlift. Also, if you want to get stronger, that means you need to eat more to fuel your workouts.

@missh1967 ^^^^ You can't target where to lose weight, and there is no magical method. Buy a food scale, track your calories, eat good nutrient dense food, and stay at a deficit. Apply moderate exercise (I recommend strength training), and voila, eventually you'll lose weight.
-
As others have stated, you need a proper strength routine. It's an isolated exercise. If you focus on compound movements, you will target more muscles, and be stronger overall. Once that happens, your numbers will go up everywhere, including for your bicep routine.
-
What @WeaponXI said. Go read the Starting Strength wiki by Mark Rippetoe. Also, this a good reference site for you to use: Black Iron Beast: Starting Strength. You could also buy the book, which goes over forms and other things.

Because I assumed the "and drinking is a big part of my life" meant binging.
-
Well, I apologizing for taking that route, as I thought you were a guy. But regardless of the fact, my first sentence is true. You will make short gains, but stall because of it. It's just not healthy. Do what you want though. You have your advice. You won't hear different.

Pandas are in my top 3 favorite animals. So duh!
-
You'll initially have progress, but you'll hit a brick wall eventually. @galgenstrick has his heart in the right place. Getting blasted isn't as fun as making big gains in the gym, and then taking it out on some poor girl's back. My advice? Drink water, get in the best shape of your life, and proceed to destroy all the…

If your username is a Flash reference, awesome! If not, you're still ok in my book.

I don't drink, and I'm not a boob man. Brains and bottoms are my thing.
