Get your stance wider, and point your toes about halfway between facing forward and facing sideways. What that does is it allows your knees to follow its natural path towards your toes, and allowing yourself a good base of balance. Keep your stomach tight, like if I were to punch you in the stomach. Inhale As you bend your…

You can start adding in more exercises maybe 5-6 weeks after you've stuck to the main lifts. Even though you're doing 5x5, you can still follow this method. https://blackironbeast.com/starting-strength

No offense, but you are mistaken to think I remembered knowing you from my thread. I'm flattered you remembered me though.

Try using a tennis ball or baseball to roll it out.

You are taking everything said in here too personal. No one here is calling you lazy. You are not the target demographic for body wraps. It's for overweight women who don't want to eat right and exercise. If you are trying to look leaner, try focusing on weight training. If you're only looking to look leaner for a day, for…

Perhaps you should act a little less like a Tumblr member, and be a bit more light-hearted when it comes to sarcasm.

They help you lose water weight, that is all. It's a scam to help the lazy think they are losing weight, because they notice a small difference in the mirror/picture.

@psulemon Feel free to add me, and you'll see I'm not schill.

@ninerbuff That's why every nutrition expert worth anything is telling people to go get your blood work done, when it comes to making sure your levels are correct. Including the OP videos. On top of that, it's also stressed to find the appropriate food to get your daily nutrition from. But where it lacks, you should…

@UltimateRBF Well that's a shame. My apologies.
-
@mantium999 Because no one attacked the other references I cited. You have a bunch of unqualified people calling her a quack, with no basis to call it. Yeah, that initial video I posted has some dumb power point text over her dialogue, but the information is not incorrect or invalid because of it. Yet, people are…

No, I don't. And I posted publications from other sources, and they went ignored. I put up a pretty picture and it's back to discrediting it because you don't like the author. No worries though, I'm done with the conversation. I for one am not qualified to talk, as I have no background in cell biology, or nutrition, and…

And yet there are over 14 million people that have cancer in the U.S.

But there isn't a consensus, as they finish their conclusion with And when it comes to Vitamin D deficiency, this article from the Mayo clinic states: And in one of the recent publications by the OP video author, in regards to Vitamin D regulating Seratonin synthesis, they cite that 70% of Americans are deficient.…

I had gotten caught up in trying to defend the original videos and the author, that I never got a word in about discussing vitamins itself. Yes, I wholeheartedly think you need to get blood work done. For Vitamin D, the RDA is 600 IU per day, but many researchers are saying that it should be more like 2-4000 IU. As stated…

What are you talking about, there is no 50k pledge on her patreon. The highest you can donate on there is $1500 a year. And no one is forcing anyone to do it. How liberal are you that you are against anyone trying to produce income to invest in her research? Holy *kitten*.
-
@aggelikik What is the actual problem that you have with taking a vitamin supplement? That the supplement doesn't work in raising the vitamin levels in your body? That a normal diet will put every average person in normal levels for all vitamins? Or that we don't need natural vitamins for our bodies to sustain a healthy…
-
@DoogCampbell That was the initial video. Try taking a bit of time to listen to the other videos I posted, in order.
-
@aggelikik On the first post, I linked the about her profile on her website. On the bottom of the page shows the papers she's had published.

@Mr_Knight It's a 3 hour podcast. Lol. But in RE: to the thread title, skip to 32 minutes in and listen for 10-15 minutes. Prior to that she talks about her history, and her work in cancer research. It's literally 3 hours of knowledge, that you'd probably want to listen to a few times to take in.

@AlabasterVerve at least try to watch the first long form video (JRE 459) posted before making a judgement.
-
@AlabasterVerve you mean marketing? And yet, she's not selling anything, only promoting her website, and YouTube channel. That doesn't mean she's not promoting science. That's like saying Neil deGrasse Tyson shouldn't be taken serious when he uses short talking points on the benefits to human space exploration.

@7lenny7 A video that cites sources, but ok Lenny. Thanks for the insightful discussion. What a great discourse. You must be lovely at dinner parties. Have a good day.
-
@SherryTeach What package do you see being sold from the above said links? Please, explain to me.
-
@7lenny7 Oh, your doctor. Ask your doctor when he last kept up with the nutritional sciences and the current findings.
-
Once again this message board plagues itself with ignorance. @7lenny7 "I think" Did you bother listening to the video(s), or did you just see the word vitamin in the title, and then reply with your opinion? @isulo_kura Because someone actually showing data backed up by science means they're working for a supplement company?
-
@br3adman Whether you're correct or not, the above videos have the facts, with supporting evidence. Not just anecdotal hearsay.
