I've been looking it up too for the past couple of days and I have concluded that sweeteners are fine. There doesn't really seem to be any scientific link between sweeteners and cancer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mf82FfX-wuU Just wondering, do you guys who drink them log them? Because they're only like 2 calories.

Hot chocolate :) I use half the recommended serving in the drink :) I find that using the recommended three teaspoons makes it too powdery anyway.

I don't drink myself but I wanted to know this too :) I'm going for a meal for my sister's engagement soon and I just know I'll overeat then. This is good to know :smile:

Yeah, I think I may have to change to something else. It's just for years I still had the "I'm thin, I can eat whatever" mentality. Only recently I've realised I'm now thin anymore :') and I need to sort it out before I get too big.

Ouch :/ I suppose I did burn about 300+ calories walking around yesterday and I had 300 calories left on so it kind of evens itself out.

I go for walks occasionally. I also sometimes follow this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hV_4qKFV6E I don't know how many calories that work would burn though :/ I've tried doing the level 2 but I felt like I was dying midway through >.>

I've only really been logging my food for the past two days. So far today I have had: A bowl of cornflakes Hot chocolate Aldi - Caramelised Red Onion & Gruyere Cheese Quiche, 1/8 Quiche I'm going to have potatoes, green beans and bacon in a bit. I'll probably then have an apple and something over my boyfriend's house.
