Eating at night
My biggest problem is binging at night. I just get hungry before bed and can't sleep without eating something. Sadly that "something" turns into a lot. I just pick at food at night. Help?

Skipping breakfast
I'm very rarely hungry in the morning but you always hear people saying how breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I just always go slightly over my calories if I eat breakfast and don't if I skip it. So, is skipping it really that bad?

My scale keeps saying different things based on where it is.
I'm confused. I have my weighing scale in my bedroom but I brought it downstairs because my mother wanted to weigh. I apparently weigh nearly a stone less downstairs than upstairs :| :| :| I have carpet in my bedroom and wooden floor downstairs, would that make a difference? Which reading should I actually believe?

Diet pop/soda
Soooo, should I be drinking this stuff? I read so many conflicting opinions on the subject :| I'd say 60% of what I drink is water but the other 40% is diet pop (Dr Pepper Zero, pepsi Zero etc.)

I went out shopping today with my parents and we went into a café. I had a small roast dinner with gravy, beef, cabbage, peas, roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding.
