I've been following some work out videos on youtube. Problem is I don't know what to log on my MFP app :|

I done this one earlier:

which apparently burns up to 300 calories. What do I add?

    It looked like it was mostly a 20 minute body weight circuit, so I'd log that. Go to exercise, add cardiovascular and choose circuit training general.

    Keep in mind that different bodies burn different amounts of calories, but doing what she was doing I wouldn't come close to burning in 300 calories. Maybe 200 if I really really pushed it.

    I would be doubtful that would burn 300 calories in only 20 minutes, it didn't look massively intense

    A while ago I found a website that someone made where they actually did workout videos and posted how many calories they burned. I don't remember what the website was but you could try doing a Google search for it.
