  • I really appreciate your insight. Being completely honest I have not weighed myself in 2 months. This usually gives me major anxiety so I do myself the favor of avoiding it unless I’m cutting.

  • I LOVED everything Green Tea supposedly does for your body so I used to consume it regularly, however, recently I've been noticing that I also feel a little nausea when I drink it, as well as, I get a little shaky. I've been trying to cut down and drink perhaps 2 times a week AT MOST.
  • Yes. I want to add a little more muscle than what I currently have. My arms are defined, my legs are somewhat defined, and my stomach is slowly getting there lol

  • I don't think I have lost weight. I've pretty much stayed the same, however I have seen significant muscle growth, but I am a little concerned that I am perhaps not eating enough, thus, limiting my muscle growth
  • Feel free to add me too! I try to keep myself accountable and always log. Always with the mentality that it's okay to indulge one in a while.
  • I generally eat about 1200 calories a day, as per MFP's suggestion. Carbs 170~200 grams Protein: ~85 - 95 Fats: ~28 However my workouts are usually of about an 1.5 hr 6 days a week. A mix between HIIT and Strength so I usually range about 500 CALS. Should I be eating those 500calories?

  • Thank You Guys! I enjoy all your tips. Just so you know, I have seen lean progress, but I can't seem to get the muscle definition I need. That's why I feel like I am not eating enough.
  • Whenever research what my caloric needs SHOULD BE, it says that I should eat around 1100 to 1200 calories. I am guessing due to my height. However, with my work out schedule (6 days), I was wondering if I should perhaps be eating more.
