Also I found that the water that runs through a reverse osmosis filter. It is better! It taste clean and has NO bad smell ! :)

I can not longer drink the water that comes from my faucet. I get sick after 2 to 3 glasses. I will throw it all back up. Sorry that was gross but that is what happens. I HAVE to have filter water. (Kroger's filter water is great and I drink at least 3 to 4 bottle or more a day. :blush:

She really needs to forget about everyone else and clean her language up. She needs to take some classes on how to NOT BULLY someone. Bulling someone into doing what you want DOSE NOT get someone to lose weight and take care of themselves. It comes from love not trashy talk! :)

Could you maybe use your scales to check and see if your measuring cups and spoons are accurate ? I was thinking of doing that to see if mine are right or not. I am losing weight but still I want to know. :)

I read somewhere, when you weight in, it is best to do it in the morning before you even eat. I weight myself every day to keep on track with my weight loss. I only log when I lose lbs. Maybe I should log at the same time each week? (Once) but I will always weight in several times a week just to keep track of any weight…

I eat healthy life bread, it is 35 calories a slice....mmmmmmmmmmmmm I do like homemade bread it is the best! :smiley:

I stop eating at McDonnell's when it started making me sick to my stomach. I like Burger King, Wendy's, Arbie's, Arnie's, There is also a restaurant here that is called "Harvest Times" that we go to off and on. When the weather is hot like it is now we eat out. When those days are here I can fit what I eat into my calories…

What I did is I put the pork loin broth in my rice for Spanish rice...mmmmm good. There was only ground up turkey meat that I browned in it with veggies. :blush:

I like putting almond (Silk ) unsweetened in my tea and cereal and anything else that calls for milk. I really like it in my tea (English Tea) it taste very good and I do not get the serious blotting and other problems, weight gain from the milk. I carried 3 very large Kroger waters(32, singles), one at a time from the car to into the house then all the way back to my room where it is cool from the air conditioner. I thought it was ok yesterday but it is bothering me today or was. I think I will try to see what I can do at the Gym. NO weights for me!

I choose not to drink so "NO" is my answer. I have seen to many people destroy their lives with that stuff and not to mention the calories in it is to much for me. I will have my dessert instead. :smiley:

My dietitian told me to eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day or somewhere in between. I started at 240 and I am now 210 (under 2 months I lost 40 lbs.), height is 5' 4' and my calories are under 1800 most days. I do Strength and cardio during the week, chair exercises when I can not go anywhere. :smile:
