  • I had to go the Library to fix the problem with the reset and it worked! Does anyone know why I couldn't fix it from my cellphone? I only have my cellphone to record and login to the website, I have very good internet with my phone and there has been no other problems with any of my other app on my phone.
  • Why all of the sudden am I having problems resetting my login number? I have always used my cellphone. I hardly ever use my pc. How can I get help with?
  • My sons a IT guy is that close. 😁
  • What is a BBC code in my post?
  • I have my cellphone that is where I do my logins. I have been trying to reset for over a week using my cellphone. My connection is good so I don't know why I can't reset.
  • I don't have a pc that is working
  • The reset hasn't been working since last week.
  • I have move so I only have my cellphone to record my daily entries. It was showing at my end that I had logged in so I don't know what happened. All I do know is I have been doing this scene 2015 so because of the holidays I am thinking that is why it's not fixed yet.
  • Why is my counter off? I can't get my days back and for some reason the app. wasn't recording my info
  • I am getting the same message when I try to log in to my account on my computer. When I try to send a email so I can get help it tells me the same thing. I have had this account since 2015. My logins are all messed up. I use my phone and my computer to get to my account. HELP how do I talk to someone? This appears to be…
  • Thank you, Everyone for your help. It does mean something to see how many days I have logged in. It is the first time in my life I have stuck with something (around 2 1/2 years)
  • 1,550 sounds more like I would get my nutrition that I needed. I might try 1600 and see what happens and if that is not working then I will go down to 1,500. Thank you all for your help.
  • That would not be to low?
  • Instead of taking a long time off how about taking a freebie day once a week just be good the rest of the week. I am wondering why you have to cut stuff out? I eat what I want most of the time I just eat cheese, ice cream, other stuff in moderation. (I cheat sometimes but still I am good most of the time.) What ever works…
  • I have been looking for something like this. This is just want I wanted. But how many a serving and how much calories, fat, sugar, salt? :)
  • I found it to set my calories for the daily to low too. I go by what my dietitian says to do and it works. She told me to set mine at 1800 at the beginning and that worked. Now I just tried to stay around 1500 to 1800 when I am not sick. :)
  • I just eat one piece of cake and then I make sure I eat a lot of veggies later and drink a lot of water. It helps wash out the sugar. Also exercising (walking burns the sugar off). :)
  • This is not true because I have not had a drink for over 11 years. It will not cause you to binge. If you really want to stop then stop and do not start back up. I know it will be hard to do but it will be the best for your health. YOU have my full support to stop! Don't look back always look forward!
  • I am still under my 5 pound gain for the holidays and today I did a big workout so by the end of the week I should be close to what I gain when the holidays started. I will be adding more exercise routines to my routine for the next year. I am now at the level that I was at when I stopped trying to lose weight. I am aiming…
  • ok thanks
  • I will be going to the library too. Any books that could help me? Got any titles that I can look for?
  • Hello, I take what is on my food journal every day. I was told I did not need a multi-vitamin. Just what I am taking now. I do have a problem with protein that low (20g), I have mine at carbs 225, fats 60, sodium 1500, sugar 45, Protein 90. ( I lowered my sodium because right now I can not take blood pressure medications…
  • Old-fashioned oat, Omelet (you can put anything in them), Ensure (only 1 a day) when I do not have time to fix something on a very busy day. Gluten free pancakes, French toast, Eggs-boiled, Peanut butter on toast. :)
  • I did but I can honestly say that I did very well this year because I did not gain weight from it. The day of Halloween I put some in the deck door but then a couple of days later I put them in the candy jar for others to eat because I DO NOT want to go over my sugar requirement! :)
  • When I cook something in the microwave it is either in paper towel, porcelain, or glass. I do not use anything else. I did see one of those and thought that is great for those who find it helpful. :)
  • The usa website says that the requirement for sodium a day is 2300 for healthy people and 1500 for people with certain health problems. They had changed the numbers for some people so it is not the same for everyone anymore. :)
  • You need to be careful you do not wash out all of your salt. That is what I was told by a Doctor, he also told me that is happens to runners more then anyone else. BUT he did said that it will get rid of wanted salt from your system that you need if you over do it with water. He also said that it takes a lot before it…
  • First of all I am going to enjoy the holidays this year. I will up my workouts, do some at the gym and at home to keep my calories intake from getting out of control. Then I will enjoy the food that is made at this time of the year. I will have many days that I will be eating what I am suppose to so I should not gain much…
  • yuck! ice cream....:)
  • Depending on the size of the bananas that can really get high in sugar. plus the metabolism in them. Two bananas is really a lot to eat for one meal. UNLESS you do not eat them a lot. :)
