    Why all of the sudden am I having problems resetting my login number? I have always used my cellphone. I hardly ever use my pc. How can I get help with?

    I had to go the Library to fix the problem with the reset and it worked! Does anyone know why I couldn't fix it from my cellphone? I only have my cellphone to record and login to the website, I have very good internet with my phone and there has been no other problems with any of my other app on my phone.
