Ok so how would i start that because i do eat a lot of cookies chips and things like that. Do i kust weigh the meats and veg or everything i eat?

I was underweight before. I was pregnant and gave birth in march and went from 130 to 104 in 2 weeks. Before i got pregnant i was 98lbs. I dont have an eating disorder just extremly high metabolism. Sharhealth

I never drink when im eating a meal i wait until im done with my food then drink. I dont get full as fast and i am able to meet my calorie goals sometimes over. Late night snacks help too

Maybe i calculate everything on here and try to get as close in measurments as i can. But even so i am usually going over in calories at least by 100 sometimes up to 400 over. Labohn91

I dont do much of any cardio because my metabolism is extremly fast. I do yoga usually 15-20 min a day but thats about it ndj1979.

No i am trying to gain weight. Im currently at 104 and my goal weight is 115. Ndj1979 the majority of the food i do eat are snacks. There isnt much fresh food in my meal plans. I do cook dinner every night and dont eat out often however i see alot of people who have had success eating healthier meals thats are made instead…

I spoke with my pediatrician he said whey is no good for the baby however I did see that they carry soy protein at the grocery store. I go to see the pediatrician again today and I will ask but thanks for the advice ladies

Yea defiantly this is my third baby and I recently started breast feeding again so I'm pumping every two hours. Food is my best friend lol and I have seen lots of recipes for lactation cookies on Pinterest as well. Thanks for the advice ☺️ Swanson83

I have so much trouble gaining either way. My metabolism is extremely high and it makes it so hard to gain or even keep weight on. 3AAnn3
