gaining Weight

I am trying to gain weight(muscle) and I find it so hard to hit my calories in a day I always end up loosing weight cuz I workout and don't eat enough..
Please share with me any tips on gaining weight

    Basically eat calorie dense foods, and make sure it's the foods you like.

    Stuff like fruit juice is an easy way to add calories and not get full.

    Eat stuff like pasta, nuts and nut butters, add lots of oil to your salad. Calorie dense veggies like potatoes and butternut squash.

    Also fattier cuts of meat like steak and salmon. Full fat dairy is good too.

    I never drink when im eating a meal i wait until im done with my food then drink. I dont get full as fast and i am able to meet my calorie goals sometimes over. Late night snacks help too
