I just found out i am expecting. I am 4 weeks and i want to continue lifting. Ive been trying to do research on whats safe and where to start again but what ive found isnt very informative. Any advice would be great :)

Dips in glutes
So i started noticing that im getting deep dips in the sides of my butt. Is any one else having this same problem and is there anything i can do to fix it? I do lift but as a beginner so a lot of it is just with the bar or with minimum weight. Any advice would help

I want to start lifting and i need advice
So i am pretty underweight as of right now i would like to start lifting but i am worried with my metabolism being so high it will cause me to lose more weight. How much more should i be eating and where to i begin with weightlifting?

Weight gain and breast feeding
looking for support with breast feeding and weight gain. I've always had trouble gaining weight but even more now that I breast feed. Any help would be great

Still no weight gain
i have been eating at least 2500 calories per day or more for a little over 4 weeks with no cardio at all and still havent gained a single pound. Is anyone else having this problem??

Breast feeding and gaining weight
so I started with this app while I was pregnant and managed to get to 135 which was great for me. As soon as I had the baby I dropped the weight immediately. I now weigh 103 and I am 5'4. My goal weight is 115 however even with me at 2500 calorie intake daily I am having trouble gaining, especially with me breast feeding.…
