I made brownies yesterday and instead of using 1 1/3 cup of ap flour i subbed 1 scoop of soy protein. They came out amazing.

Yea and i dont want to lose anymore weight it is already very difficult for me to gain. And honestly i havent been eating much of anything the last week. So i plan on fixing that starting today.
