It's been doing well for me up until the past few months, I've lost 34 pounds with it, I always make sure to leave a couple hundred calories as "wiggle room" to try to surpass any errors

Yeah I have a Fitbit that tells me my exact CICO and I'm consistently under, I constantly update my weight on there as well as eat within my cals
-
Good point. I should incorporate some strength training then

Thanks for the reply! This is good to hear, but I just have to try to switch some things up to break my plateau
-
Darn! Well at least it's not just me. Hopefully that means they'll fix it soon

I am a 5"4 female and 177 pounds. I was on my feet from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm at my two jobs

That’s an interesting tip I hadn’t thought about buying new batteries! I’ll definitely look into that.

Thanks for all the suggestions!!!

I should mention that I tried a 15 pound free weight on my scale and my dad’s and my dad’s was spot on accurate but my WW scale was reading 19.8! My dad’s scale is an analog non digital one though so I was questioning its accuracy lol

Thanks so much! Yes MFP works wonders. That’s how I lost my weight initially but life got in the way and I got lazy with logging. That’s why I’m looking for more motivation!
-
We can do it!! Just motivation and dedication.

I tried keto but I suffered very severely from the “keto flu” and it wasn’t agreeing with me so I figured I’d go back to my original method of good old calorie counting. I hope it works for you though!

I am also 5”4 so I have quite a bit to be a healthy weight.

Yeah I’m always looking for ways to stay satiated. I lost 50 pounds with simply CICO as an omnivore but now I’m vegetarian and I’m finding it hard to stay under calories without massive amounts of carbs so that’s one reason I wanted to cut back

Awesome info! Thanks

Good to know thanks!

Very good info thanks!

I hear all of you and I get why my OP was confusing/miscommunciated but like I said I lost the original 50 pounds over a year and a half and I did that with a 500 cal deficit a week, which I wouldn’t consider aggressive at all. I believe the reason I gained it mostly back is due to the fact I stopped logging and life got…

Yeah that’s what I’m struggling with !

Thanks guys!!
